GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS): Professional Services Schedule (PSS)

Multiple Award Schedule – Professional Services Category (MAS-PSC) (PDF format)

GSA has consolidated many of its professional services offerings into one Professional Services Schedule (PSS). hg体育官网’s legacy services schedules—Mission-Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) and Advertising and Integrated Marketing Services (AIMS)—have been combined into one schedule that offers a more streamlined approach to procuring professional services. The services provided under PSS remain unchanged:

SIN 541611—Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services: Provide operating advice and assistance on administrative and management issues. Examples include strategic and organizational planning, business process improvement, acquisition and grants management support, facilitation, surveys, special studies, economic and regulatory analysis, benchmarking and program metrics, and business program and project management.

SIN 541613—Marketing Consulting Services: Services include providing operating advice and assistance on marketing issues, such as developing marketing objectives and policies, marketing planning and strategy, and the development of multimedia campaigns. Included are services relating to providing assistance with challenges, contests, and competitions, such as providing marketing and advertising support, offering assistance with conducting the challenge/contest/competition, facilitating events, and supporting the judging of events.

SIN 541910—Marketing Research and Analysis: Services include customizing strategic marketing plans; creating branding initiatives; increasing public awareness of products, services, and issues; targeting market identification and analysis; establishing measurable marketing objectives; determining market trends and conditions; identifying and implementing appropriate strategies; conducting focus groups, telemarketing, and individual interviews; preparing/distributing surveys; compiling/analyzing results; and establishing call centers (in relation to services provided under this schedule).

GSA FSS: One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS)—Pool 2 and Pool 4 Unrestricted

Services: OASIS is a procurement vehicle that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. It encompasses a broad set of offerings covering everything from program management services, management consulting services, and financial services to logistics services, engineering services, and scientific services. Specific tasks may include information analytics, social media consulting, social and life science studies, human factors research, and environmental analysis.

HHS Program Support Center (PSC): Specialized Services

Services: The PSC is a shared services organization dedicated to providing support services to help its customers achieve mission-critical results. Specific tasks involve data collection and field observations, analysis, advice on GPRA issues, evaluation methodologies and research design, construct of survey instruments and protocols, and all related work. Other tasks covered are translation and interpretation services, website support, cognitive laboratory services and focus groups, literature reviews and synthesis reports, and dissemination of study results.
